Where are you putting your focus and attention? Are you coming from a place of fear or love? We're being warned to keep an eye out for any skewed perspectives that may stem from either limiting beliefs or past experiences that may not have been pleasant. Clarity of Vision is the key and unfortunately this may be something we have to work on over these next couple of days. Perhaps don't be so quick to judge or assume and watch for any biases that you may have.
Affirmation: I see each and every situation clearly for how it is and not how I would want it to be.

You may find life getting hectic, especially if you fall prey to limiting beliefs and old ways of thinking (remember the above post) so remember to slow down and take some deep breaths. Ground and reconnect to the earth and your body. Focus on dropping into your heart space instead of your mind. When shit hits the fan or we feel like we've lost control of our lives, thoughts, etc., it's important to remember that connection we have to the Goddess (or God). That Divine spark resides within our hearts (in my opinion) and we can reconnect with Them by reconnecting with our hearts and spirits. Use this connection to yourself, to the Gods, and to the Earth (get outside and ground!) to help keep you calm, steady yourself, and stay rooted in confidence and courage.
Affirmation: I'm securely rooted to the Earth, to the Gods that dwell both within and without me, and to my own self. Nothing and no one can uproot me for my belief and trust runs as strong as the mighty trees' roots.

Stand firm within your personal power and magick. Are you allowing others to steal away your personal power? Are you attempting to conform in order to fit in or are you confident in yourself? If so, stop and see where that wound may be that you're hoping to fill. Are you afraid of being judged? Of being ostracized or missing out because you aren't a part of a certain group? You're being guided to remain your authentic self, especially as we go through this retrogrades, because this is where you grow. This is why you're growing. You're unraveling the carefully woven facade of who you believed you should be so you can instead be who you truly are. Don't run from it. It may be uncomfortable and leave you feeling alone but that won't last. You'll find your tribe...if you just be yourself.
Affirmation: I am proud of who I am becoming each and every day. I stand firm within my personal power and affirm that no one else may take that away from me. I'm becoming my most beautiful authentic self and above all else, choose to be me.
